By submitting this form you understand that Ella Weiss Wedding Design orders a standard size according to the manufacturer's size chart. You also understand that you may require alterations for the gown to fit your specific measurements. Extra charges will be applied for some size 16 and above and an additional fee will apply for extra length if the bridesmaid is 5'9" or taller. For more information on these charges please contact an Ella associate. For accuracy we do recommend having your measurements taken by a professional seamstress before filling out this form.

Once we receive all the bridal party's information we will order the gowns to ensure the same dye lot. Please allow 5 months for this process. Thank you for your business, and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
